Summary
The purpose of this report is to seek City Council's approval to terminate the Offer to Donate (the "Offer") between the City and Mount Pleasant Group of Cemeteries ("MPGC") for the property comprising a portion of the lands known as York Cemetery at 101 Senlac Road, Toronto shown as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Plan 66R-29405 (the "Lands") attached hereto as Appendix A.
