Summary
At its meeting on February 15, 2018, the Toronto Transit Commission Board considered a report, entitled "PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP 2016 Management Letter Follow-up Report”.
The Board adopted the recommendations in the report, as follows:
It is recommended that the Board:
1. Receive the report.
2. Approve forwarding a copy of the report to the City Clerk for appropriate handling.
The foregoing is submitted to the City of Toronto Audit Committee for information.
