The Audit Committee recommends that:

1. City Council receive for information, the 2017 Financial Statements and related documents for the following agencies and corporations:

- Exhibition Place

- The Hummingbird Centre for the Performing Arts

- The North York Performing Arts Centre Corporation

- St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts

- Toronto Atmospheric Fund

- Toronto Parking Authority

- Toronto Public Library

- Toronto Transit Commission

- Toronto Zoo

- Yonge-Dundas Square

- Heritage Toronto.

The Audit Committee received for information, the 2017 Financial Statements and related documents for the following corporations, having regard that the Statements have previously been considered by City Council:

- Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre

- Build Toronto

- Casa Loma Corporation

- Invest Toronto

- Lakeshore Arena

- Toronto Community Housing

- Toronto Port Lands.

The following agencies and corporations have submitted 2017 Financial Statements and related documents to the Audit Committee for consideration:

Financial Statements for the Toronto Parking Authority for the year ended December 31, 2017.

Financial Statements for the Toronto Public Library as at December 31, 2017.

Consolidated Financial Statements for the Toronto Transit Commission for the year ended

December 31, 2017.

Financial Statements for the Toronto Zoo as at December 31, 2017.

Financial Statements for Yonge-Dundas Square for the year ending December 31, 2017.

City Council on May 22, 23 and 24, 208, adopted Item EX34.12 on Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre Inc. - Annual General Meeting and 2017 Audited Financial Statements, and in so doing, forwarded a copy of the Financial Statements to the Audit Committee for information.

City Council on June 26, 27, 28 and 29, 2018, adopted Item EX35.9 on Build Toronto - Annual General Meeting and 2017 Audited Financial Statements, and in so doing, has forwarded a copy of the "Build Toronto 2017 Audited Annual Financial Statements" to the Audit Committee for information.

City Council on June 26, 27, 28 and 29, 2018, adopted Item EX35.10 on Casa Loma Corporation - Annual General Meeting and 2017 Audited Financial Statements, and in so doing, has forwarded a copy of the Casa Loma Corporation 2017 Audited Financial Statements to the Audit Committee for information.

City Council on June 26, 27, 28 and 29, 2018, adopted Item EX35.11 on Invest Toronto - Annual General Meeting and 2017 Audited Financial Statements, and in so doing, has forwarded a copy of Invest Toronto Inc. Audited Financial Statements to the Audit Committee for information.

City Council on June 26, 27, 28 and 29, 2018, adopted Item EX35.12 on Lakeshore Arena Corporation - Annual General Meeting and 2017 Audited Financial Statements, and in so doing, has forwarded a copy of the Lakeshore Arena Corporation 2017 Audited Financial Statements to the Audit Committee for information.

City Council on June 26, 27, 28 and 29, 2018, adopted Item EX35.13 on Toronto Community Housing Corporation - Annual General Meeting and 2017 Audited Consolidated Financial Statements, and in so doing, has forwarded a copy of Toronto Community Housing Corporation's 2017 Audited Consolidated Financial Statements to the Audit Committee for information.

City Council on June 26, 27, 28 and 29, 2018, adopted Item EX35.15 on Toronto Port Lands Company - Annual General Meeting and 2017 Audited Financial Statements, and in so doing, has forwarded a copy of the "Toronto Port Lands Company 2017 Audited Annual Financial Statements" to the Audit Committee for information.
