a. develop targets and timelines for hiring under-represented groups within the Toronto Public Service and report to the Executive Committee by the end of the second quarter 2018; and
b. consult with the Toronto Accessibility Advisory Committee prior to submitting any further reports to the Executive Committee related to hiring persons with disabilities.
