Board Decision
The Board of Health:
1. Approved Confidential Recommendations 1 and 2 in Confidential Attachment 1, appended to the letter (March 5, 2018) from the Board of Health - Performance Appraisal of the Medical Officer of Health Committee; and
2. Directed that Confidential Recommendation 2 from the Board of Health - Performance Appraisal of the Medical Officer of Health Committee be made public once adopted, and that Confidential Recommendation 1, the 2017 Performance Planner, and the 2018 Work Plan, as amended, for the Medical Officer of Health remain confidential, as they contain personal information about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees.
The following Confidential Recommendation 2 from the Board of Health - Performance Appraisal of the Medical Officer of Health Committee was adopted by the Board of Health and is now public:
2. The objectives contained in the 2018 Work Plan for the Medical Officer of Health be endorsed, as amended.
The balance of Confidential Attachments 1 and 2, appended to the letter (March 5, 2018) from the Board of Health - Performance Appraisal of the Medical Officer of Health Committee, remain confidential in accordance with the provisions of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, as they pertain to personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees.
