Point of Order by Councillor Stephen Holyday

Councillor Holyday, rising on a Point of Order, asked whether Member Motion MM43.30 was in order as City Council is being asked to adopt the recommendations from the Corner's Jury but he is unable to find the recommendations.

Ruling by Speaker Frances Nunziata
Speaker Nunziata accepted the Point of Order and ruled that once City Council has waived notice and waive referral, Councillor Holyday could hold the matter until the Corner's Jury recommendations are circulated to Members of Council.
