Community Council Decision
North York Community Council:
1. Removed the following director from the Wilson Village Business Improvement Area (BIA) Board of Management:
a. Settembrini, Roberto.
2. Appointed the following director to the Wilson Village Business Improvement Area (BIA) Board of Management:
a. Ella Jo.
3. Maintained the existing Wilson Village Business Improvement Area (BIA) Board of Management director meeting quorum at seven (7) directors instead of the quorum of six (6) directors that would be required according to the formula set out in Municipal Code Chapter 19, Business Improvement Areas.
