Summary
At its June 6, 2018 meeting, Toronto and East York Community Council approved the installation of speed humps on Robert Street. Since this decision, my office has been advised by City Legal and Transportation Services that formally waiving the petition and polling requirements is also required as part of the approval.
As such the item requires re-opening and waiving of the poll requirements.
