Board Decision
The Board of Directors of Civic Theatres Toronto:
1. Approved the Managed Risk Portfolio for the 2018-2019 Programming season, as noted in Confidential Attachment 1 and Confidential Attachment 2 to the report (July 5, 2018) from the Vice President of Programming and the Vice President of Finance and Administration, Civic Theatres Toronto.
2. Requested the President and Chief Executive Officer, Civic Theatres Toronto to report to the Managed Risk Programming Committee on the progress of the programming as described in Confidential Attachment 2 to the report (July 5, 2018) from the Vice President of Programming and the Vice President of Finance and Administration, Civic Theatres Toronto.
3. Requested the President and Chief Executive Officer, Civic Theatres Toronto to report back to the Risk Managed Programming Committee on risk management parameters for a diversified portfolio, to be monitored quarterly.
4. Changed the name of the Managed Risk Programming Committee to the Risk Committee.
5. Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 and Confidential Attachment 2 to the report (July 5, 2018) from the Vice President of Programming and the Vice President of Finance and Administration, Civic Theatres Toronto remain confidential as they pertain to the security of property belonging to Board of Directors of Civic Theatres Toronto.
