City Council Decision
City Council on January 30 and 31, 2019, adopted the following:
1. City Council direct the City Manager to report on the business protection options identified in Motion MM32.44 [2017] regarding major transit infrastructure projects to the Executive Committee in the second quarter of 2019.
2. City Council direct the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning, and request the Chief Executive Officer, Toronto Transit Commission, to make business protection a foundation thread of Relief Line planning and City Council direct that a Business Protection plan for the Relief Line Route be developed for report to the Executive Committee by the end of the third quarter of 2019.
