City Council Decision
City Council on January 30 and 31, 2019, adopted the following:
1. City Council authorize the permanent closure of a portion of Front Street West adjacent to the north side of 61 Front Street West, designated as Parts 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9 on Plan 66R-30375 and shown as Part 1 on Sketch No. PS-2016-084 (the "Highway"), attached to the report (December 12, 2018) from the Director, Transportation Planning and Capital Program, Transportation Services.
2. City Council enact a by-law substantially in the form of the draft by-law attached as Appendix A to the report (December 12, 2018) from the Director, Transportation Planning and Capital Program, Transportation Services.

Community Council Recommendations
The Toronto and East York Community Council recommends that:
1. City Council authorize the permanent closure of a portion of Front Street West adjacent to the north side of 61 Front Street West, designated as Parts 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9 on Plan 66R-30375 and shown as Part 1 on Sketch No. PS-2016-084 (the "Highway"), attached to the report (December 12, 2018) from the Director, Transportation Planning and Capital Program, Transportation Services.
