City Council Decision
City Council on November 25 and 26, 2020, adopted the following:
1. City Council direct the City Manager to forward the responses in Attachments 1 to 6 to the report (November 18, 2020) from the City Manager and the City Solicitor to the new Inspector General of Policing and City Council request the City Manager to report back to City Council on or before the February 2 and 3, 2021 meeting, outlining the Inspector General's response and rationale for endorsement, rejection, or neutral position of the feedback and recommendations.
2. City Council direct the City Manager to consult with the Toronto Police Services Board, the Canadian Civil Liberties Association, and the City of Toronto Ombudsman on the resources needed to the carry out the work outlined in Attachments 2 and 6 to the report (November 18, 2020) from the City Manager and the City Solicitor and to report with recommendations to the April 7 and 8, 2021 meeting of City Council.

That:
1. City Council amend Recommendation 1 so that it now reads as follows:
