Robbie Grewal, Director, Strategic Policy and Planning, Corporate Services will give a presentation on Customer Experience Transformation - Accessibility in Customer Service.
As part of the City's Customer Experience Transformation, a cross-disciplinary team of staff with expertise in strategic planning, process engineering, customer experience engagement and operations, and technology enablement has been formed. This presentation will highlight the initiatives that this team have been proposing and initiating to improve customer service delivery at the City, including approaches that will improve service delivery specifically for people with disabilities.
