City Council Decision
City Council on April 7 and 8, 2021, adopted the following:
1. City Council approve the Toronto Parking Authority Procedures By-law in Attachment 1 to the report (January 25, 2021) from the Interim City Clerk, amended by the Board as follows:
Subsection 12. (5) (b) (9) is amended, with the words "Motion to resolve into Committee of the Whole" deleted and replaced with "Motion to meet in closed session".

Committee Recommendations
The Executive Committee recommends that:
1. City Council approve the Toronto Parking Authority Procedures By-law in Attachment 1 to the report (January 25, 2021) from the Interim City Clerk, amended by the Board as follows:
Subsection 12. (5) (b) (9) is amended, with the words "Motion to resolve into Committee of the Whole" deleted and replaced with "Motion to meet in closed session".
