City Council Decision
City Council on February 2, 3 and 5, 2021, adopted the following:
1. City Council approve the application to demolish the existing one-storey place of worship for 439 Vaughan Road, subject to the following conditions:
a. all debris and rubble be removed immediately after demolition; and
b. if a building permit is not obtained by February 2, 2022, the owner will be required to complete the following:
i. any holes on the property are backfilled with clean fill; and
ii. sod be laid on the site and the site be maintained free of garbage and weeds, in accordance with Municipal Code Chapter 629-10, paragraph B and 629-11.

Community Council Recommendations
The Toronto and East York Community Council recommends that:
