City Council on December 10, 2008, adopted the following motions:

1.         City Council approve the Filmport lease amendments contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (December 8, 2008) from the Corporate Secretary and General Counsel, Toronto Economic Development Corporation (TEDCO).

2.         Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (December 8, 2008) from the Corporate Secretary and General Counsel, Toronto Economic Development Corporation (TEDCO), remain confidential under the provisions of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, as it relates to the security of the property of the municipality or one of its agencies, boards or commissions.

3.         Council consider the comments in Confidential Attachment 1 to the supplementary report (December 10, 2008) from the City Manager (CC29.1a) in conjunction with the report (December 8, 2008) from the Corporate Secretary and General Counsel, Toronto Economic Development Corporation (TEDCO), containing the recommendations approved by the TEDCO Board.

4.         Confidential Attachment 1 to the supplementary report (December 10, 2008) from the City Manager (CC29.1a), remain confidential under the provisions of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, as it relates to the security of the property of the municipality or one of its agencies, boards or commissions.

Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (December 8, 2008) from the Corporate Secretary and General Counsel, Toronto Economic Development Corporation, remains confidential in its entirety, in accordance with the provisions of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, as it contains information related to the security of the property of the municipality or one of its agencies, boards or commissions.

Confidential Attachment 1 to the supplementary report (December 10, 2008) from the City Manager (CC29.1a), remains confidential in its entirety, in accordance with the provisions of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, as it contains information related to the security of the property of the municipality or one of its agencies, boards or commissions.
