City Council Decision
City Council on May 17, 18 and 19, 2011, adopted the following:
1. City Council adopt the confidential instructions to staff in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (May 16, 2011) from the City Manager and the City Solicitor [CC8.1b].
2. City Council authorize the public release of the confidential recommendations in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (May 16, 2011) from the City Manager and City Solicitor at the discretion of the City Solicitor.
3. City Council direct that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (April 5, 2011) from the City Manager and the City Solicitor remain confidential.
Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (April 5, 2011) from the City Manager and the City Solicitor remains confidential in its entirety in accordance with the provisions of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, as it contains information related to litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board.
Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (May 16, 2011) from the City Manager and the City Solicitor remains confidential in its entirety at this time in accordance with the provisions of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, as it contains information related to litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board. The confidential recommendations adopted by City Council will be made public at the discretion of the City Solicitor.
