City Council Decision
City Council on February 7 and 8, 2011, adopted the following:
1. City Council grant approval to extend the term of the Lease and the Management Agreement with 1158093 Ontario Limited o/a Café on the Square on the same terms and conditions as the existing Lease and Management Agreement, for an additional six (6) months, until June 30, 2011.
2. City Council authorize the Chief Corporate Officer to reissue a Request for Proposals to select an operator to provide food services at City Hall.
3. City Council direct that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (January 11, 2011) from the Chief Corporate Officer remain confidential in its entirety in accordance with the City of Toronto Act, as it relates to a proposed or pending disposition of land by the City or one of its agencies, boards and commissions.

Committee Recommendations
The Government Management Committee recommends that:
