City Council Decision
City Council on November 29, 30 and December 1, 2011, adopted the following:
1. City Council amend the composition of the Committee of Adjustment by increasing the number of members on the North York Panel from 5 to 8.
2. City Council appoint the three individuals listed in Confidential Attachment 1 to this Motion, previously identified as alternates for consideration in the event of a vacancy on the North York Panel, to the North York Panel of the Committee of Adjustment for a term of office ending on November 30, 2014 and until successors are appointed.
3. City Council stipulate that a maximum of five panel members may participate in any one meeting of the North York Panel of the Committee of Adjustment.
4. City Council authorize and direct the City Solicitor to introduce any necessary bills needed to give effect to the amendments to Municipal Code Chapter 4 of the City of Toronto Municipal Code.
City Council has appointed the following persons to the Committee of Adjustment North York Panel:
- Arthur Forer
- Morley A. Rosenberg
- Nicholas Sion
