City Council Decision
City Council on March 8 and 9, 2011, adopted the following:
1. City Council adopt the recommendations set out in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (March 4, 2011) from the City Solicitor.
2. City Council authorize the public release of Confidential Recommendation 1 in Atachment 1 if adopted by Council.
Recommendation 1 in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (March 4, 2011) from the City Solicitor adopted by Council is now public:
1. The motion for leave to appeal to the Divisional Court from the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) Decision of February 16, 2011 respecting 621 King Street West be confirmed and the City Solicitor be instructed to proceed with the motion for leave to appeal and with the appeal if leave is granted by the court.
The balance of Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (March 4, 2011) from the City Solicitor, remains confidential, in accordance with the City of Toronto Act, 2006, as it contains advice or communications that are subject to solicitor-client privilege.
