February 7, 2011 - 9:44 a.m. - Speaker Nunziata advised Council of the following:
The Mayor hasn't identified any key matters on this agenda. It is proposed that Council consider the Items in agenda order with one exception.
It is proposed that Council consider Item CC3.2, headed "2 True Davidson Drive - Official Plan Amendment, Rezoning, Site Plan Control Applications" at 2 p.m. today. The City Solicitor has advised that this matter is before the OMB tomorrow morning.
Council is scheduled to meet in closed session at 6:00 p.m. tonight, if required. Notices of Motions will be dealt with at 2 p.m. tomorrow.
This Council meeting is scheduled for two days. If Council doesn’t complete the agenda by the 8:00 p.m. adjournment time tomorrow night, Council will continue meeting on Wednesday, February 9th to complete Council’s business.
That City Council deem Item CD1.9 an urgent item and consider it at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 8, 2011.

There are 18 Items left on the agenda.
Yesterday Council decided its first item today would be Community Development and Recreation Committee Item CD1.9, headed "Citizenship and Immigration Funding Cuts to Toronto Agencies".
Following that item, we will consider the remaining items in agenda order.
Members Motions will be considered at 2 p.m. today. However, if Council completes the other items on the agenda before the lunch recess, we may begin the Member Motions earlier than 2 p.m.
Members this meeting is scheduled until 8 p.m. tonight. If we do not complete the agenda or extend the meeting to complete the agenda, Council will resume at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow morning.
