City Council Decision
City Council on April 10 and 11, 2012, adopted the following:
1. City Council adopt the confidential instructions to staff in Attachment 1 of the report (March 1, 2012) from the City Solicitor and the Executive Director, Facilities Management.
2. City Council release the recommendations contained in Confidential Attachment 1 of the report (March 1, 2012) from the City Solicitor and the Executive Director, Facilities Management, following the decision of the Ontario Court of Justice (Provincial Division).
Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (March 1, 2012) from the City Solicitor and the Executive Director, Facilities Management, remains confidential in its entirety at this time, in accordance with the provisions of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, as it relates to the receiving of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, personal matters about an identifiable individual, including City or local board employees, and litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board. The confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 will be made public following the decision of the Ontario Court of Justice (Provincial Division).
