Panel Decision
The North York Community Council Arena Board Nominating Panel recommends that:
1. North York Community Council appoint the individual listed in Confidential Attachment 1 to the Larry Grossman Forest Hill Memorial Arena Board of Management, at the pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on November 30, 2014 and until a successor is appointed.
2. North York Community Council authorize the City Clerk to make the appointee's name public once appointed by Council and the appointee has been notified.

The North York Community Council Arena Board Nominating Panel recessed its public session and met in closed session to consider confidential information on this Item as it relates to personal matters about an identifiable individual being considered for appointment to the Larry Grossman Forest Hill Memorial Arena Board of Management. The North York Community Council Arena Board Nominating Panel interviewed a candidate for appointment to the Larry Grossman Forest Hill Memorial Arena Board of Management.
Summary
City Council, at its April 10 and 11, 2012 meeting, increased the composition of the Larry Grossman Forest Hill Memorial Arena Board of Management and directed the City Clerk to request the Larry Grossman Forest Hill Memorial Arena Board of Management to solicit and submit an interest group nomination from the Forest Hill Hockey Association. The North York Community Council Arena Board Nominating Panel will interview a candidate for appointment to the Larry Grossman Forest Hill Memorial Arena Board of Management.
