July 17, 2013 - 7:53 p.m. - Speaker Nunziata advised that City Council had not considered Item MM37.1 in the closed session.
July 18, 2013 – 7:46 p.m. – Speaker Nunziata advised that City Council had not considered MM37.1 in the closed session.
That City Council amend MM37.1 Recommendation 1 by deleting the words "Council's approval" and replacing them with the words "the execution of the revised Minutes of Settlement" so that Recommendation 1 now reads:
1. City Council direct the City Manager to negotiate with Giorgio Mammoliti to adjust his Minutes of Settlement to reflect a reimbursement reasonably proportionate to that being paid by Adrian Heaps including payment within 30 days of the execution of the revised Minutes of Settlement.
That City Council defer Item MM37.1 to the next regular meeting of City Council October 8 and 9, 2013.
