City Council Decision
City Council on July 8, 9, 10 and 11, 2014, adopted the following:
1. City Council adopt the finding that Councillor Mammoliti has violated the Code of Conduct.
2. City Council suspend the remuneration paid to Councillor Mammoliti in respect of his services as a member of Council for a period of 90 days, commencing September 1, 2014.
3. City Council request the City Solicitor to retain outside counsel with expertise in criminal law to review the Integrity Commissioner's report to determine if there are grounds to refer this matter to the Chief of Police, Toronto Police Service, for further investigation.
