Summary
Members of my community have nominated Leaside for consideration as a Heritage Conservation District, in accordance with nomination procedures outlined in the Council approved document, Heritage Conservation Districts in Toronto - Procedures, Policies and Terms of Reference. The boundary of the nominated area can be seen in the attached map.
In order for city staff to consider whether the area will likely satisfy the Council adopted criteria for the determination of cultural heritage value for Heritage Conservation Districts, prior to study authorization and prioritization, I ask support for the following recommendations.
