b.         amending Recommendation A.2. by deleting the date "June 19" and replacing it with the date "June 18";

c.         amending Recommendation A.5. with respect to the "Dundas West Fest" by:

14.       Two temporary extensions of the proposed licensed area for the Real Sports Bar & Grill located at 15 York Street during the 2014 NHL and NBA Playoffs, from April 17 to April 30, 2014, or April 16 to April 29, 2014, and May 1 to May 14, 2014, or April 30 to May 13, 2014, (depending on any potential change to the schedule of games), as outlined in the letter from Leanne Hederson, Office Coordinator; and that:

            -           the location of these events will take place on Bremner Boulevard, directly outside the Air Canada Centre (west side) and Maple Leaf Square (east side);

            -           the sale of alcohol will be between 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., but that the times may vary due to the release of the NBA schedule and start times of events;

            -           tiered seating to be used for all dates, with the set up and tear down to commence from 7:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., and closure of a portion of Bremner Boulevard as required.

e.        amending Recommendation B.1. by deleting the date "June 19", and replacing it with the date "June 18".
