The Civic Appointments Committee:

1. Directed that the Interview Subcommittee for Toronto Parking Authority interview the following 15 candidates on April 15, 2015, for appointment to the Toronto Parking Authority Board of Directors:

3. Directed that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Parking Authority Board of Directors.

There being no further nominations, the Chair closed the nominations.

There being 19 nominations for 15 interviews, the Civic Appointments Committee conducted a ballot for the recommended 15 interviews by the Interview Subcommittee for the Toronto Parking Authority.

The Civic Appointments Committee Administrator distributed the ballots to the Members of the Civic Appointments Committee.  Once all ballots had been cast and collected, the Administrator tallied and announced the results of the ballot to the Civic Appointments Committee conducted on Friday, March 27, 2015, as follows:

The Civic Appointments Committee recessed its public session and met in closed session on March 27, 2015, to consider confidential information on this Item related to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Parking Authority Board.

The Civic Appointments Committee must select candidates for interviews for the Toronto Parking Authority Board of Directors.  The Interview Subcommittee for Toronto Parking Authority will meet on April 15, 2015 to conduct the interviews and make recommendations to the Civic Appointments Committee.
