City Council on December 11, 2014, adopted the following:

1. With respect to the legal invoice related to a judicial review of a Code of Conduct investigation, City Council pay $5,168.75, inclusive of HST, which represents the balance of available funds, as per the Complaint Protocol in automatic payment of legal fees which is restricted to a maximum of $20,000 and no further payment with respect to this judicial review will be paid.
