City Council Decision
City Council on March 31, April 1 and 2, 2015, adopted the following:
1. City Council adopt the confidential instructions to staff contained in the Confidential Attachment to motion 1 by Councillor Mihevc.
2. City Council direct that the confidential instructions to staff adopted by City Council be made public at the discretion of the City Solicitor.
3. City Council direct that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (March 25, 2015) from the City Solicitor remain confidential in its entirety.
The confidential instructions to staff in the Confidential Attachment to motion 1 by Councillor Mihevc remain confidential in their entirety at this time in accordance with the provisions of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, as they pertain to litigation or potential litigation and contain advice or communications that are subject to solicitor-client privilege. The confidential instructions to staff will be made public at the discretion of the City Solicitor.
Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (March 25, 2015) from the City Solicitor remains confidential in its entirety in accordance with the provisions of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, as it pertains to litigation or potential litigation and contains advice or communications that are subject to solicitor-client privilege.

March 31, 2015 at 7:37 p.m. - Speaker Nunziata advised that City Council had completed its closed session consideration of Item CC5.15.
That:
1. City Council delete the recommendations contained in the report (March 25, 2015) from the City Solicitor.
2. City Council adopt the recommendations contained in the Confidential Attachment to the motion by Councillor Mihevc.
3. City Council direct that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (March 25, 2015) from the City Solicitor remains confidential in its entirety.
4. City Council direct that the confidential instructions adopted by City Council be made public at the discretion of the City Solicitor.
