City Council Decision
City Council on June 10, 11 and 12, 2015, adopted the following:
1. City Council approve, in principle, the conditions set out in Attachment 4 to the report (April 22, 2015) from the Director, Community Planning, North York District, for 67 three-storey townhouse units at 1970 Victoria Park Avenue and 9 Clintwood Gate.
2. City Council delegate back to the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning or designate the authority to issue final Site Plan Approval.

Community Council Recommendations
North York Community Council recommends that:
1. City Council approve, in principle, the conditions set out in Attachment No. 4 to the report (April 22, 2015) from the Director, Community Planning, North York District, for 67 three-storey townhouse units at 1970 Victoria Park Avenue and 9 Clintwood Gate.
2. City Council delegate back to the Chief Planner or his/her designate the authority to issue final Site Plan Approval.
