The report (July 15, 2015) from the Director, Urban Design, City Planning, headed "Intention to Designate under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act and Authority to Enter into a Heritage Easement Agreement - 1 Front Street West", was withdrawn at the request of staff, to allow staff the opportunity to consult with the future owners of the property.

Summary

This report will recommend that City Council state its intention to designate the property at 1 Front Street West containing the Dominion Public Building under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act following its transfer from federal government ownership and grant authority for a Heritage Easement Agreement between the City and the new owner.

This report will be made available prior to the July 28, 2015, meeting of the Toronto Preservation Board.
