City Council Decision
City Council, on February 3 and 4, 2016, adopted the following:
1. City Council adopt the confidential recommendations contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (February 1, 2016) from the City Solicitor.
2. City Council direct that the confidential recommendations contained in Confidential Attachment 1 as well as Appendices A, B and C to Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (February 1, 2016) from the City Solicitor be made public at the discretion of the City Solicitor.
3. City Council direct that the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (February 1, 2016) remains confidential.
Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (February 1, 2016) from the City Solicitor remains confidential in its entirety at this time in accordance with the provisions of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, as it pertains to advice/communications that are subject to solicitor client privilege and contains information about potential litigation. The confidential recommendations contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (February 1, 2016) from the City Solicitor, as well as Appendices A, B and C will be made public at the discretion of the City Solicitor.
