1.  Referred the item to the Deputy City Manager and Chief Financial Officer and Deputy City Manager, Cluster A, to report to the Government Management Committee in the first quarter of 2017, on funding options and strategies in the context of parks and public realm planning underway in the downtown.

Summary

At its meeting on July 12, 13, 14 and 15, 2016, City Council directed the Chief Corporate Officer to undertake an appraisal to determine the current market value of the lands known as 229 Richmond Street West, (herein after referred to as the "Lands") and direct the Deputy City Manager and Chief Financial Officer and the Deputy City Manager of Cluster A to report back to the Government Management Committee on September 6, 2016, with these findings.

 

These lands are depicted at Appendix A and are legally described in Appendix B.
