The Toronto Accessibility Advisory Committee recommends to the Executive Committee that:

 

1.   The Manager, Public Appointments, City Clerk's Office provide an update to the Toronto Accessibility Advisory Committee at its October 25, 2017 meeting on the current strategy of engaging under-represented communities, including the disability community, for involvement in consultations, and involvement with and on City boards, agencies and committees.

The Information and Communications Working Group, Toronto Advisory Committee would like to request that the Public Appointments Secretariat, City Clerk's Office, present to the Committee on their current strategy on how they actively engage under-represented communities, including the disability community, for involvement in consultations, and involvement with and on City boards, agencies and committees.
