City Council Decision

City Council on January 31, 2017, adopted the following:

 

1. City Council appoint Wendy E. Walberg to the position of City Solicitor for the City of Toronto, with such appointment to be effective on February 15, 2017, subject to written acceptance by Ms. Walberg on or before February 15, 2017, of the terms and conditions of a contract of employment offered by the City.

 

2.  City Council authorize the City Manager to negotiate terms and conditions of employment with Ms. Walberg.

 

3.  City Council authorize the public release of the name and curriculum vitae summary of the City Solicitor contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (January 31, 2017) from the City Manager.
