City Council Decision
City Council on March 28 and 29, 2017, adopted the following:
1. City Council request the Government of Canada to implement a refundable version of the tax credit for people living with severe mental or physical disabilities.
2. City Council request the Government of Canada to also implement the new refundable version of this tax credit, the option for people with very low taxes to receive a cash grant in place of a credit.
