City Council Decision
City Council on December 5, 6, 7 and 8, 2017, adopted the following:
1. City Council amend Interim Control By-law 63-2017 to extend the period of interim control to January 31, 2019, for the lands in the Dufferin-Wilson Regeneration Area Study, substantially in accordance with the proposed By-law attached as Attachment 1 to the report (December 4, 2017) from the Acting Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning.
2. City Council authorize the City Solicitor to make such stylistic and technical changes to the By-law as may be required.
