Community Council Decision
The Toronto and East York Community Council:
1. Approved the closure of Hazelton Avenue between Yorkville Avenue and Scollard Street, from Monday June 26, 2017 to Monday July 3, 2017 to facilitate the "TD Toronto Jazz Festival" street event.
2. Authorized the General Manager, Transportation Services to temporarily close a portion of a highway as required for the duration of the event and amend the necessary traffic regulations.
3. Authorized and directed the appropriate City Officials to take the necessary action to give effect the above recommendations, including the introduction in Council of any Bills that may be required.
