City Council Decision
City Council on January 31 and February 1, 2018, adopted the following:
1. City Council designate part or those parts of the private road or roads shown on the site plan filed with the Fire Chief and General Manager, Fire Services in respect of the municipal addresses set out below, as a fire route pursuant to Municipal Code Chapter 880 - Fire Routes:
a. 75 Billy Bishop Way;
b. 65 Overlea Boulevard;
c. 2350 Bayview Avenue; and
d. 99 The Donway West.
2. City Council authorize the Fire Chief and General Manager, Fire Services and City Solicitor to take the appropriate action to make a designated Fire Route.

Community Council Recommendations
North York Community Council recommends that:
1. City Council designate part or those parts of the private road or roads shown on the site plan filed with the Fire Chief in respect of the municipal addresses set out below, as a fire route pursuant to Municipal Code Chapter 880 - Fire Routes:
a. 75 Billy Bishop Way;
b. 65 Overlea Boulevard;
c. 2350 Bayview Avenue; and
d. 99 The Donway West.
2. City Council authorize the Fire Chief and City Solicitor to take the appropriate action to make a designated Fire Route.
