City Council on April 16 and 17, 2019, adopted the following:
1. City Council, in accordance with the City's Public Appointments Policy, appoint the following nominees to the Business Improvement Area Boards of Management set out below at pleasure of Council, and for a term expiring at the end of the term of Council or as soon afterwards as successors are appointed:

The Economic and Community Development Committee recommends that:
1. City Council in accordance with the City's Public Appointments Policy, appoint the following nominees to the Business Improvement Area (BIA) Boards of Management set out below at the pleasure of Council, and for a term expiring at the end of the term of Council or as soon thereafter as successors are appointed:

Summary
The purpose of this report is to appoint directors to the Mount Pleasant Village and Upper Village Business Improvement Area (BIA) Boards of Management for the new term of Council and make necessary changes to Schedule A of the Municipal Code, Chapter 19. The Mount Pleasant Village and Upper Village BIAs falls within two Community Council boundaries.
