City Council Decision
City Council on December 17 and 18, 2019, adopted the following:
1. City Council amend its decision on Item TE9.9 by deleting Part 7.c. and replacing it with the following new Part c:
c. prior to the issuance of the first above-grade building permit, a cash contribution of $80,000 towards the provision of new rental housing units as part of the Alexandra Park and Atkinson Housing Co-operative Revitalization, to be directed to the Capital Revolving Fund for Affordable Housing, to the satisfaction of the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning, in consultation with the Ward Councillor.
