Community Council Decision

North York Community Council directed that:

1. City Planning staff schedule a community consultation meeting, sometime after the 1st quarter of 2020, for the application located at 5950 Bathurst Street together with the Ward Councillor.

2. City Planning staff give notice for the community consultation meeting to landowners and residents within 120 metres of the application site, and to additional residents, institutions and owners to be determined in consultation with the Ward Councillor, with any additional mailing costs to be borne by the applicant.

Summary

This report provides information and identifies a preliminary set of issues regarding the application located at 5950 Bathurst Street. Staff are currently reviewing the application. It has been circulated to all appropriate agencies and City divisions for comment. Staff will proceed to schedule a community consultation meeting for the application with the Ward Councillor.

That North York Community Council:

1. Adopt the recommendations in the Recommendations section of the report (November 15, 2019) from the Director, Community Planning, North York District, with Recommendation 1 being amended to read as follows:

"1. Staff schedule a community consultation meeting, sometime after the 1st quarter of 2020, for the application located at 5950 Bathurst Street together with the Ward Councillor."
