City Council Decision
City Council on June 18 and 19, 2019, adopted the following:
1. City Council amend Schedule B of the City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 925, Permit Parking, to incorporate a revised map of permit parking area "5E", as attached in Appendix A to the report (May 2, 2019) from the Manager, Permits and Enforcement, Parking, Transportation Services.

Community Council Recommendations
The Toronto and East York Community Council recommends that:
1. City Council approve the amendment to Schedule B of the City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 925, Permit Parking, to incorporate a revised map of permit parking area "5E", as attached in Appendix A to the report (April 29, 2019) from the Manager, Permits and Enforcement, Parking, Transportation Services.

Transportation Services is requesting approval from City Council to prohibit the General Manager from accepting applications from residents of, visitors to, and tradespersons at the development properties municipally known as 33 Yorkville Avenue from residential on-street permit parking.
Transportation Services has assessed the realignment of permit parking area 5E and the exclusion of the development property located at 33 Yorkville Avenue as requested by Toronto and East York Community Council, Item TE5.82, on April 24, 2019. Transportation Services is recommending approval of the exclusion as it will not impact negatively on Yorkville Avenue and neighbouring residents.
