Community Council Decision
The Toronto and East York Community Council directed:
1. Staff schedule a community consultation meeting for the lands pertaining to 466-468 Dovercourt Road, which includes the provision of light refreshments and, when required, childcare and accessibility resources including sign language interpretation at the sole cost of the applicant, together with the Ward Councillor.
2. Notice for the community consultation meeting be given to landowners and residents within 120 metres of the application site, and to additional residents, institutions and owners to be determined in consultation with the Ward Councillor, with any additional mailing costs to be borne by the applicant.

Summary
This report provides information and identifies a preliminary set of issues regarding an Official Plan Amendment and rezoning application for a proposed 6-storey mixed-use building at 466-468 Dovercourt Road. Staff are currently reviewing the application. It has been circulated to all appropriate agencies and City divisions for comment. Staff will proceed to schedule a community consultation meeting for the application with the Ward Councillor.

Motions
That the Toronto and East York Community Council adopt the recommendations in the report (February 20, 2020) from the Director, Community Planning, Toronto and East York District, and amend by replacing Recommendation 1, as follows:
1. Staff schedule a community consultation meeting for the lands pertaining to 466-468 Dovercourt Road, which includes the provision of light refreshments and, when required, childcare and accessibility resources including sign language interpretation at the sole cost of the applicant, together with the Ward Councillor.
