City Council Decision
City Council on March 10, 2021, adopted the following:
1. City Council request the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, in consultation with the City Solicitor and the Chief Building Official and Executive Director, Toronto Building to report to the April 7 and 8, 2021 meeting of City Council on the feasibility of deferring the payment of development charges in the amount of $624,243.36 for Anishnawbe Health Toronto Health Centre, Indigenous Hub, a proposal to construct a new 4 storey medical office building at 425 Cherry Street, as long as it is maintained and operated as a non-profit Indigenous health care centre.
