City Council increase the Approved 2021 Capital Budget for Parks, Forestry, and Recreation, on a one-time basis by $250,000 gross, $0 net, from the development at 203 Jarvis Street (Source Account: XR3026-3701111) to be utilized for local park improvements in the form of Capital Improvements at Allan Gardens Off-Leash Area.
