City Council Decision
City Council on November 9, 10 and 12, 2021, adopted the following:
1. City Council increase the 2021 Approved Operating Budget for Non-Program on a one-time basis by $15,000 gross, $0 net, fully funded by Section 37 (Planning Act Reserve Funds) community benefits from 21 Old Mill Road (Source Account: XR3026-3700443) for transfer to Arts Etobicoke for the purpose of designing a new Heritage themed mural to be created on the restored Royal York Bridge/ Mimico Creek Bridge on Royal York Road (Cost Centre NP2161).
2. City Council direct that the $15,000 be forwarded to Arts Etobicoke, subject to Arts Etobicoke signing an Undertaking governing the use of the funds and the financial reporting requirements.
