City Council Decision
City Council on May 5 and 6, 2021, adopted the following:
1. City Council authorize the permanent closure to vehicular traffic of the north-south public lane, west of Augusta Avenue, between Richmond Street West and Queen Street West, shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Sketch No. PS-2021-009 (the "Lane"), attached to the report (March 30, 2021) from the Director, Transportation Planning and Capital Program, Transportation Services.
2. City Council enact a By-law substantially in the form of the draft By-law attached as Appendix B to the report (March 30, 2021) from the Director, Transportation Planning and Capital Program, Transportation Services.

Community Council Recommendations
The Toronto and East York Community Council recommends that:
1. City Council authorize the permanent closure to vehicular traffic of the north-south public lane, west of Augusta Avenue, between Richmond Street West and Queen Street West, shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Sketch No. PS-2021-009 (the "Lane"), attached to the report (March 30, 2021) from the Director, Transportation Planning and Capital Program, Transportation Services.
2. City Council enact a by-law substantially in the form of the draft by-law attached as Appendix B to the report (March 30, 2021) from the Director, Transportation Planning and Capital Program, Transportation Services.
