1. Authorized the reduction of the overnight on-street permit parking hours on Day Avenue, between Rogers Road and Bloem Avenue from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., 7 days a week to the new hours of 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., 7 days a week.
